After a 20-year absence, the Fuelie was back in the Corvette!. While the '82 to '84 Corvette had Tuned Port Injection, it was closer to a carbureted engine, while the new L98 was a genuine fuel-injected engine. The new engine gave the new C4 Corvette a new level of performance not seen in many years.
